The Cotswolds is one of the most beautiful parts of England.  There is so much to do in the local area.  If you are looking for things to do during your stay check out the visitors guide at the bottom of the page on the following link:

(Our tip would be a trip to Bath and a visit to the bath spa....)

Some information on surrounding villages

Bibury was described by William Morris as "the most beautiful village in England".  It is actually two villages, Arlington on one side of the River Coln and Bibury on the other. It is one of the standard "must see" destinations in the Cotswolds, mostly because of Arlington Row. Bibury village centre clusters around a square near St. Mary's, a Saxon church. Some of the Saxon remains inside the church are replicas as the originals are housed in the British Museum.

One of the greatest tourist spots and overlooking a water meadow and the river is Arlington Row, a group of ancient cottages with steeply pitched roofs dating back to the 16th Century.

Weather

The average temperature for this time of year is 12-15 degrees (although it was 17 last year!).  The venue is heated and we may have a fire outside, but given how unpredictable the weather is in England, we would advise you to bring something warm just in case.
